My name is Tony De Graaf, and I joined SmartRecruiters in November 2019 as Hiring Success Director for EMEA. In this position, as a Talent Leader, I am responsible for our thought-leadership and Hiring Success consultancy across the region, helping companies to build purpose-driven organisations with a People & Culture at heart. 

Prior to joining SmartRecruiters, I have worked for different companies in e-commerce, fashion and retail, including McGregor, Gaastra and Wehkamp, where I held diverse senior positions in Talent Acquisition and TA leader.
