I have joined Euler Hermes in September 2015 as HR Trainee in our ’s-Hertogenbosch office. During this periode I was researching and implementing a new Global Grading method that would increase the Reward & Performance activities in NL. After a short break due to my studies, I returned to Euler Hermes in October 2016 where I performed a Research on Training & Development that eventually resulted in my thesis and a successful graduation.
After my graduation I was offered an internal role at Euler Hermes Netherlands as internal Accountmanager. Yes, quite differing from HR but it was a good period to learn and get to know the core business of Euler Hermes. After a period of 10 months I found myself back on the HR road that I’m currently happily traveling!
My job includes everything related to HR Controlling, such as FTE reporting, HR Budgeting and HR Cost Tracking. I’m also the first and single point of contact when it comes to the HR systems we currently use in NEUR. Furthermore, I serve as PMO for various HR projects that are being launched in our Region.
